I remember going in my brother’s room where he was playing it on his stereo and sitting on the bed, completely enraptured. And the first time I saw the music video? I’d been spinning around the dining room with Mr. Bear. I heard the opening chords and instantly stopped—I was rooted to the spot and stared at the TV.
